The department Architectural Hardware specializes in Door Hardware, Window Hardware and Furniture Hardware, Restoration Hardware, Security Hardware and exclusive Kitchen, Bathroom and Wardrobe Accessories.

The emphasis is on craft-made and exclusive hardware for both restoration and contemporary projects.

Our showroom is therefore visited by many (indoor) architects, restaurants and carpenters who are highly skilled in the field of craftsmanship. Private individuals are also very welcome.

HISTORY


The history of Lerou ijzerwaren NV as a family company in Bruges dates back to 1792.

After the start of the 18th century as a rope store at “de Vesten” in Bruges, the company was located in the Smedenstraat for a long time at 't Zand in Bruges with several warehouses in various side streets. In addition, the store for Architectural Hardware was located in the Hoefijzerlaan number 7.

Since 1993, the very extensive range has been housed in a new and spacious building in the industry zone at the Blauwe Toren (St. Pieters Bruges).
